Învățare, colaborare și noi perspective prin programul de mobilitate Erasmus+ în Tenerife

Taking part in an Erasmus+ mobility is much more than attending a training programme. It is an opportunity to learn in an international environment, exchange ideas with others, discover new educational approaches, and grow both professionally and personally. By combining practical learning with intercultural experiences, Erasmus+ mobilities encourage participants to develop new competences, broaden their perspectives, and return home with fresh inspiration for their future work.

Programul de mobilitate Erasmus+ s-a desfășurat în Tenerife de la 26/07/2026 pentru 01/08/2026. The activities were conducted in Italian, creating an inclusive learning environment. The mobility welcomed Michele, Daniel, Sergio, Antonio, Luca, Luca, Luca, Marco, Emanuele, Beatrice, Annalisa, Daniela, Noemi, Genesis, Guido, Gionata, Tatiana, Liuba, Nuta, Chantal, Jarod, Debora, Martina, Federica, Suzi și Maria de la Younet APS în Italia. Explain the overall goals of mobility. Describe what participants aimed to achieve during the experience.

The main goal of the mobility was to strengthen participants’ personal and professional competences through non-formal education, experiential learning, and teamwork. Throughout the week, participants explored new ways of learning, developed their creativity and communication skills, and reflected on the importance of collaboration, active participation, and lifelong learning. The programme also encouraged them to step outside their comfort zones, build meaningful connections, and learn from one another’s experiences.

The learning journey combined interactive workshops, practical exercises, reflection sessions, and collaborative group activities. Participants explored creative thinking techniques, took part in problem-solving challenges, and experienced educational methods based on gamification and active participation. Working in groups allowed them to exchange ideas, share good practices, and develop practical solutions together while strengthening their teamwork and communication skills.

A significant part of the mobility focused on experiential learning outside the traditional classroom. During an excursion to the Anaga forest, participants combined outdoor activities with practical exercises designed to develop critical thinking, cooperation, and environmental awareness. Other sessions explored empathy, cooperation, and social skills through workshops held at Lago Martiánez, while cultural visits offered an opportunity to discover Tenerife’s history, heritage, and local identity. Additional outdoor team-building activities further strengthened collaboration and encouraged participants to learn through shared experiences.

Throughout the mobility, participants developed a wide range of competences, including communication, teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and intercultural awareness. The combination of practical activities, reflection, and collaborative learning helped them gain new perspectives that can be applied both in their professional work and everyday life.

Although all activities were conducted in Italian, the mobility reflected the international spirit of the Erasmus+ programme by promoting openness, cooperation, and the exchange of ideas in a multicultural setting. Learning together in a different cultural environment encouraged participants to broaden their horizons, appreciate different perspectives, and strengthen the sense of belonging to a wider European community.

The mobility concluded with a final group reflection, where participants shared their experiences, celebrated what they had learned, and received their certificates before returning home. More than just a week of activities, the experience served as a reminder that Erasmus+ mobility is an investment in lifelong learning, continuous professional development, and building lasting connections with others.
