In this page you will be able to download the official 2026 Erasmus plus KA1 application form models and access the webform.
Since 2019 the Erasmus KA1 projects have to be submitted through the Erasmus+ Applications webform. Each school, adult education institution or higher education institution has to fill the this webform to apply for the Erasmus+ funding to cover the cost of attending our training courses. Here you can access and download all the Erasmus plus KA1 official application form models so that you can know what to expect and which will be the sections and questions that you will have to fill in the webform. Bear in mind that the KA121 application forms are meant for schools and organisations that already hold an Erasmus+ 2021-2027 accreditation. On the other side KA122 application forms are meant for schools and organisations that doesn’t have the Erasmus+ accreditation.
