Разгледайте света на ИКТ инструментите за повишаване на ангажираността на учениците

It is not always easy to keep the classroom motivated, engaged and enthusiastic when it comes to teaching. This is when ICT tools such as apps and web platforms become essential in helping teachers to communicate and transfer knowledge while also maintaining their students’ full attention. Nowadays it is fundamental to know our way around interactive learning so that we can offer our students an alternative and non-traditional style of learning and keep them engaged.

The new edition of the course “Integrating ICT and new technologies into teaching and education” took place in Bologna from 15/02/2026 to 21/02/2026. The participants came from all across Europe, with Rick from Colegio EPI (Aruba), Paolo from LYCEE DE BRAS PANON PAUL MOREAU (France), Dimitra and Konstantina from 1st General Lyceum of Chaidari (Greece), Ricarda from NIGE (Germany), Katharina, Natalia and Robert from Nordpfalzgymnasium Kirchheimbolanden (Germany), Marek, Alicja and Agnieszka from Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny nr 12 we Wrocławiu (Poland) and María Jesús from CEPA CACERES (Spain).

During this course the participants learnt how to use a vast range of technological tools and to put them into use by integrating it into their teaching methods.

First of all, they had the opportunity to get to know each other’s activities while discovering digital boards and infinite boards that can be used to collect and share students’ contributions as well as multimedia files. These tools allow teachers to organise ideas visually, encourage collaboration and make lessons more interactive and engaging for the whole classroom.

In addition, participants explored ICT and AI integrated tools designed for online assessment. They learnt how to create entry and exit tickets in order to quickly evaluate students’ understanding at the beginning and at the end of a lesson, making it easier for teachers to monitor progress and adapt their teaching strategies.

During the course they also learnt how to create effective video-based lessons together with gamified digital activities that help capture students’ attention and increase their motivation. These strategies are particularly useful to make learning more dynamic while supporting students’ engagement and participation.

Moreover, participants explored the main concepts related to AI in education and discovered the seven key elements of a good prompt. This part of the training also introduced them to some of the most popular AI based tools for education, helping teachers understand how these technologies can support both teaching and learning processes.

Finally, the participants took part in a free workshop where they finalised activities to share with their students and designed a complete lesson plan based on the tools learnt during the training course.

This course allowed participants to confront themselves with each other and learn from their shared experiences. The participants left this course with a new knowledge of interactive learning and a new set of tools, ready to use them in their classrooms. There is no doubt that this approach will increase the students’ creativity, engagement, attention and motivation and help transform learning into a fun and dynamic activity!
