What we do: full support for your Erasmus+ training experience

From the moment you register to the follow-up after your course, we take care of everything so you can focus on learning. Our all-inclusive approach covers training, accommodation, meals, cultural activities, Erasmus+ documentation and ongoing support — you only need to book your flight. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

What we provide for every Erasmus+ course

• Innovative, practice-driven training activities delivered by highly qualified and experienced trainers, with educational materials and comfortable facilities
• Full-time support and communication before, during and after the course
• Comprehensive pedagogical, linguistic, intercultural and general preparation
• Management of all practical and logistics arrangements
• Organisation of cultural, leisure and networking activities
• Organisation of visits to local schools and public institutions (where available)
• Access to an e-learning platform for preparation and follow-up
• Recognition and validation of learning outcomes, including certificates, learning agreements, quality commitments and Europass mobility certificates

Erasmus+ project support

Most of our participants receive funding from the Erasmus+ programme. If you’re planning to apply for an Erasmus+ KA1 grant — or if you’ve already received one — we support you throughout the entire project cycle:

Before the course — We provide advice and support during the application phase, including learning outcomes, daily schedules and all the documentation your National Agency requires. Our successful track record in Erasmus+ projects and our Erasmus+ and Ministry of Education accreditations strengthens your application. If your project hasn’t been approved yet, you can pre-register and cancel at no cost if the grant isn’t awarded.

During the course — A dedicated contact person is available for every need. Our team speaks over 10 languages, so we can support you from every point of view — including in your mother tongue.

After the course — We help with final report preparation and Mobility Tool completion. We provide all required documents (certificates, invoices, invitation letters) in the format requested by National Agencies and European authorities. We comply with all the Erasmus Quality Standards and we also support your dissemination through our communication channels — including a summary video and a blog article for each course.

All-inclusive format and practical arrangements

We tailor our training courses to both participants’ learning and practical needs. In addition to delivering the training, we take care of all practical arrangements to ease and enhance your experience.

We offer our courses in an all-inclusive format: training and accommodation in the same venue, networking meals during the course, and cultural visits — all fully covered by the Erasmus+ funding. You just need to organise your international flight and rely on us for everything else.

If you prefer, you can arrange some practical aspects (meals, accommodation) independently, but we strongly recommend entrusting us with the accommodation booking to ensure optimal logistics, safety and time efficiency.

Board and lodging

We generally provide accommodation (in single or double rooms) in the same hotel where the training takes place, ensuring the best comfort as well as effective time management. During the week we organise meals in local restaurants, offering participants the opportunity to taste different cuisines and explore local food traditions.

We always take into account your dietary requirements — halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and more. We also have experience hosting people with disabilities: our venues are inclusive and accessible. If you have specific needs, let us know and we’ll arrange board and lodging accordingly.

Airport transfer

Upon request and depending on the size of the group, we can arrange airport transfers for participants.

Accommodation for accompanying persons

If you’d like to bring a family member or companion along, we can arrange additional accommodation on request. Just let us know when you register.
