Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence for teachers and education staff
Overview
Many studies and researches have proven how soft skills are directly linked to success.
This is especially true in the education field, where skills that characterize relationships with other people such as communication, language, personal habits, interpersonal skills, managing people, leadership, etc. are even more crucial and relevant.
Soft skills are in contrast to hard skills, which are generally easily quantifiable and measurable, but they are not less important than those.
