Using <strong>innovative methods<\/strong> can truly make a difference when working with our youngest learners. It is essential to understand how to motivate them and support their development through play. Fortunately, there are many tools that can be used in preschool settings today: <strong>project-based learning, non-formal education, outdoor education and creative games<\/strong> are just a few of the many possibilities available to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new edition of the course \u201c<strong>Metode inovatoare de predare pentru profesorii de gr\u0103dini\u021b\u0103<\/strong>\u201d a avut loc \u00een <strong>Tenerife <\/strong>de la<strong> 08\/03\/2026 to 14\/03\/2026<\/strong>. For this reason, we began the training with presentations of all the schools, followed by an overview of the preschool education system. Participants showed photos and videos and shared examples of their most successful practices with the rest of the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first theme we explored was <strong>inova\u021bie <\/strong>within the preschool system. Starting from practical activities, we discussed <strong>\u00eenv\u0103\u021barea socio-emo\u021bional\u0103<\/strong> and looked at <strong>Kolb&#8217;s experiential learning cycle<\/strong>. We discovered how this model helps move from reflection to conceptualization and then to practical application, giving students a more active role in their learning journey. Among the advantages highlighted were greater motivation and creativity, as well as improved psychophysical well-being thanks to time spent in nature and the resulting reduction of stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The third topic focused on <strong>\u00cenv\u0103\u021barea bazat\u0103 pe proiecte<\/strong> (examples, how to apply, different features, how to introduce it in the classroom). This innovative approach enables students to explore topics in a more direct and meaningful way, <strong>starting from a key question and investigating real-world issues<\/strong>. By the last day, the sense of team spirit was so strong that saying goodbye was not easy. Nevertheless, we found a lovely way to show our appreciation to one another. In the end, everyone left feeling motivated and ready to return home and begin applying the many ideas developed during the course.
