Bullying, whether in-person or online, has significant consequences for the victims but also for those who engage in such behaviors. Addressing this issue within educational settings is essential to fostering a safe and supportive environment for all students. This course was designed to equip educators with the necessary strategies to prevent and combat all forms of bullying in schools.<\/font><\/h2>\n

The new edition of the course \u201cHow to stop bullying and cyber bullying in schools and promote social emotional learning\u200b\u201d took place in Tenerife from 23\/02\/2025 to 01\/03\/2025. The participants came from all across Europe, with\u00a0Anna Maria De Benedetti<\/strong> \u0219i Francesca Tritico<\/strong> de la I.C. Luigi Capuana<\/strong> in Italy,\u00a0<\/span>Kim Claes<\/strong> de la WICO<\/strong> in Belgium,\u00a0<\/span>Ere Rekker-M\u00e4gi<\/strong> \u0219i Teri Voomets<\/strong> de la K\u00e4\u00e4pa Kool<\/strong> in Estonia,\u00a0<\/span>Jelena Blagojevic<\/strong> \u0219i Dijana Tabak<\/strong> de la Europaschule am Friedenspark, Hemer<\/strong> in Germany,\u00a0<\/span>Ann Goethals<\/strong> de la Margareta Maria Instituut<\/strong> in Belgium<\/span><\/font><\/h2>\n

Am \u00eenceput cu ziua de prezentare, \u00een cadrul c\u0103reia am am f\u0103cut un brainstorming<\/strong> toate tipurile de comportamente de h\u0103r\u021buire<\/strong>: ce forme poate lua? Cine sunt participan\u021bii la un scenariu de h\u0103r\u021buire? Care sunt cele trei elemente principale care disting h\u0103r\u021buirea de un conflict?<\/p>\n

Am trecut apoi la discu\u021bia despre victim\u0103<\/strong>: Care sunt factorii de risc care determin\u0103 ca copiii s\u0103 fie victime ale h\u0103r\u021buirii? \u0218i ce putem face pentru a preveni aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie? Care sunt ini\u021biativele care pot fi puse \u00een aplicare pentru a preveni comportamentele de h\u0103r\u021buire? Am analizat aceste subiecte din patru perspective diferite: familia, \u0219coala, individul \u0219i comunitatea.<\/font>\u00a0<\/font>

Una dintre principalele forme de h\u0103r\u021buire, \u0219i totodat\u0103 una dintre cele mai dificil de eradicat, este cibernetic<\/strong> h\u0103r\u021buirea<\/strong>. Nowadays Internet has a major role in the lives of our kids and may have a negative impact on them. However, it also has some positive sides. With some practical activities we explored the world of cyber bullying. We also discussed about the differences between traditional and cyber bullying and about the things that they have in common. To understand and put ourselves in the shoes of bullying victims we implemented a very powerful activity which can be used both with students, parents and teachers to raise awareness.<\/p>\n

Pentru a preveni comportamentele de h\u0103r\u021buire, este esen\u021bial s\u0103 se promoveze un un mediu pozitiv \u00een sala de clas\u0103<\/strong>. De aceea am abordat subiectele legate de emo\u021bii inteligen\u021b\u0103<\/strong>, aderare<\/strong> \u0219i incluziune<\/strong> \u0219i colaborare<\/strong>. Acestea sunt elementele fundamentale ale unui mediu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare favorabil \u0219i nu trebuie subestimate. Desigur, am abordat acest subiect prin numeroase activit\u0103\u021bi non-formale \u0219i creative, precum \u0219i prin jocuri, datorit\u0103 c\u0103rora era imposibil s\u0103 te plictise\u0219ti ;)<\/p>\n
