This training course for preschool educators was designed as an opportunity to explore some of the most effective preschool approaches, discovering their key principles, characteristics, and benefits for young learners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noua edi\u021bie a cursului \u201c<strong>Cele mai bune pentru profesorii pre\u0219colari<\/strong>\u201d a avut loc \u00een <strong>Tenerife <\/strong>de la <strong>10\/05\/2026 to 16\/05\/2026<\/strong>. The participants came from Serbia, with Vanja, Ivana and Milica from <strong>Kindergarten ,,Mastolend&#8221;<\/strong> and Marija from <strong>PU De\u010dije carstvo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course started with an introduction to different preschool education systems and methodologies, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of various educational approaches. Participants explored <strong>practical methods and activities<\/strong> aimed at promoting equality, participation, and well-being among preschool children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the course, participants learnt more about <strong>Montessori school<\/strong>. They discovered how children are encouraged to learn independently and develop at their own pace within a carefully prepared environment. Participants explored materials, projects, and educational practices connected to this philosophy, gaining deeper insight into its emphasis on creativity, collaboration, and the importance of valuing children\u2019s ideas and self-expression.
