It provided a unique opportunity to reflect, grow professionally, and connect with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds. By stepping outside the classroom, participants explored new ideas, shared good practices, and returned home inspired to rethink learning environments through a renewed and innovative perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This mobility took place in <strong>Tenerife <\/strong>de <strong>10\/05\/2026 to 16\/05\/2026<\/strong>. The training activities were conducted in English, Italian, and Spanish, creating a multilingual and inclusive learning environment. Surrounded by the island\u2019s extraordinary natural landscapes and cultural richness. Particular attention was given to the development of 21st-century skills, emphasizing innovation, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. Participants deepened their understanding of the differences between formal, non-formal, and informal learning, while exploring the fundamental principles of non-formal education and their application in diverse educational contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the mobility, participants took part in a variety of learning experiences based on non-formal and experiential education methodologies. The activities encouraged active participation, collaboration, reflection, and the exchange of ideas among participants from different countries and professional backgrounds. Through individual and group work, they explored innovative approaches to learning and teaching while developing practical competences that can be transferred to their own educational and professional settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A significant focus of the programme was placed on creativity and critical thinking. Participants explored strategies for fostering innovation, improving problem-solving skills, and encouraging active engagement in learning processes. They also reflected on their own educational practices and discussed ways to create more inclusive, motivating, and learner-centred environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mobility further addressed the importance of emotional intelligence and socio-emotional learning. Participants examined the role of empathy, communication, emotional awareness, and well-being in both personal and professional contexts.
