Personal or family problems, learning difficulties, conflict and difficult socio-economic situations all push students to drop out \u2014 and teaching methods, school climate and teacher-pupil relationships play a big part too. There is no single cause and no simple solution: during the course you learn to identify the causes, practise conflict management and use collaborative, engaging methods that keep students in school.<\/p>\n    <p class=\"muted\">Below you&#8217;ll find who it&#8217;s for, what you&#8217;ll be able to do, how the week is run, why teachers rate ELA 5\/5, and how your Erasmus+ grant covers it all.
