The <\/span>Program Erasmus+<\/span>, b\u0119d\u0105ca wzorem w dziedzinie edukacji, szkole\u0144, m\u0142odzie\u017cy i sportu, oferuje szeroki wachlarz mo\u017cliwo\u015bci maj\u0105cych na celu podniesienie jako\u015bci edukacji i zwi\u0119kszenie jej inkluzywno\u015bci poprzez wspieranie r\u00f3\u017cnorodnych dzia\u0142a\u0144 i organizacji.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nowa edycja kursu \u201c<\/span>European project management and design for teachers, headmasters and <\/span>educators \u200b\u201d took place in Bologna from <\/span>17\/11\/2024 to 23\/11\/2024<\/span>. The participants came from all across Europe with Susanne Hellberg and Elina Jarho from<\/span> M\u00e4kel\u00e4nrinteen lukio, Helsingin kaupunki <\/span>in Finland, Franziska from <\/span>KanisCarl-Friedrich-von-Weizs\u00e4cker-Gymnasium Barmstedt<\/span> in Deutschland.<\/span><\/p>\n

The course started with a comprehensive exploration<\/strong> of the European funding landscape. Participants engaged in team-building exercises<\/strong>, evaluated their needs and expectations, and got a glimpse of funding opportunities, with a specific focus on Erasmus+<\/strong> and other programs relevant for the participants as emerged during the needs and expectations evaluation phase.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nast\u0119pnie uczestnicy rozpocz\u0119li collaborative project<\/strong> endeavor, intended to evolve and refine over the course of the training week with the guidance of trainers. Initially, they engaged in discussions about their overarching project concepts, evaluating potential funding programs and corresponding actions, before forming groups accordingly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nast\u0119pnie w ramach kursu odby\u0142a si\u0119 prezentacja Project Cycle Management and the Logical Framework Approach<\/strong>, essential theoretical foundation in Projektowanie projekt\u00f3w europejskich<\/strong>. W miar\u0119 post\u0119p\u00f3w projektu uczestnicy skupili si\u0119 na opracowywaniu problem\u00f3w i drzew cel\u00f3w.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Grupa przeanalizowa\u0142a r\u00f3wnie\u017c praktyczne spostrze\u017cenia p\u0142yn\u0105ce z EU-funded projects<\/strong>, with the objective of estimating the impact of a good Work Breakdown Structure in project design and management.<\/strong> Various tools for time management and project design were introduced and deliberated upon, aimed at formulating a fresh focus for project endeavors: crafting the project framework and activity blueprint.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The following session aimed to bolster the technical proficiency of course participants by delving into budgeting, eligible costs, expenditure planning,<\/strong> oraz monitoring.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Pod koniec kursu uczestnicy i prowadz\u0105cy podzielili si\u0119 istotnymi spostrze\u017ceniami, najlepszymi praktykami, wskaz\u00f3wkami i trikami dotycz\u0105cymi dobrego project management, event organization, sharing<\/strong> oraz promotion and community engagement<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Uczestnicy zostali zapoznani z procesem prezentacji swoich final project<\/strong> idea, simulating a presentation to a funding body. This exercise underscored the significance of effective communication in projektowanie i zarz\u0105dzanie projektami,<\/strong> a jednocze\u015bnie utrwalaj\u0105c najwa\u017cniejsze zagadnienia, wiedz\u0119 i umiej\u0119tno\u015bci zdobyte podczas tygodniowego szkolenia.<\/span><\/p>\n
