{"id":4517,"date":"2026-01-30T11:33:21","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T11:33:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/erasmustrainingcourses.com\/?p=4517"},"modified":"2026-10-01T10:12:40","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T10:12:40","slug":"ela-days-2026-first-edition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/erasmustrainingcourses.com\/fr\/blog\/ela-days-2026-first-edition","title":{"rendered":"Journ\u00e9es ELA 2026 - Premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition :\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Update:<\/strong> the ELA Days are back with new editions. <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmustrainingcourses.com\/ela-days\">Discover the upcoming ELA Days<\/a> \u2014 Palermo in November 2026 and Bologna in January 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The First Edition of the <strong>ELA Educational Days<\/strong> brought together<strong> 36 educators <\/strong>from across Europe to explore inclusive education, fostering a collaborative learning community through a combination of <strong>theoretical insights<\/strong>, <strong>practical activities, <\/strong>and <strong>school-based experiences.<\/strong> Participants had the opportunity to reflect on inclusive practices, share their own experiences, and strengthen European cooperation in education. We hosted teachers from<strong> Latvia, Estonia, Spain, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Slovenia and Finland.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program spanned five days, each structured around specific thematic focuses. The week began with a warm welcome by<strong> ELA,<\/strong> followed by ice-breaking and intercultural networking activities. Participants introduced their institutions in short presentations, shared experiences, and engaged in discussions. Educators visited local schools and educational centers, observing inclusion in action at primary, secondary, and adult education levels. Guided tours and meetings with teachers and school leaders provided insights into <strong>inclusive strategies<\/strong>, while participants documented reflections and key takeaways, connecting theory to practice. In addition, participants explored the concept of <strong>Differentiating Instruction,<\/strong> experiencing firsthand the challenges and opportunities of tailoring learning to diverse needs. During parallel sessions, they engaged in a<strong> learning stations activity<\/strong> specifically designed for different educational sectors. Parallel sessions offered opportunities to share best practices, engage in <strong>interactive Q&amp;A<\/strong>, and reflect on lessons learned from different educational settings. An afternoon walking tour allowed participants to further explore <strong>Bologna\u2019s historic<\/strong> and cultural heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final day emphasized <strong>European cooperation<\/strong> through <strong>Erasmus+ KA1<\/strong> and <strong>KA2<\/strong> projects. Participants learned about our ongoing initiatives, presented project ideas, and participated in collaborative group labs to explore partnerships.
