It also includes<strong> <\/strong>motivating learners to<strong> engage actively, fostering creativity, and developing critical thinking.<\/strong> Modern education increasingly values <strong>informal learning, collaboration, and hands-on experiences<\/strong> that support <strong>autonomy and motivation<\/strong>. By combining innovative strategies with <strong>project-based and interactive methods<\/strong>, educators can build learning environments that are both engaging and meaningful for adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This approach was central to the course <strong><em>\u201cInnovative Teaching Methods in Informal Education\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, held in Tenerife from <strong>08\/03\/2026 to 19\/03\/2026<\/strong>. Participants came from Poland, including Gra\u017cyna, Bogus\u0142aw, and Lucyna from <strong>UTA in \u0141azy<\/strong>; Jolanta, Anna, and Maria from <strong>UTA in Zawiercie<\/strong>; and Halina, El\u017cbieta, and Zdzis\u0142aw from <strong>UTA in Siewierz.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course began with an introduction to the programme and a discussion of participants\u2019 expectations and professional challenges. Participants reflected on their teaching methods and tested activities designed to stimulate engagement and deeper learning. They also created informal learning tasks aimed at increasing participation and encouraging group interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u039c\u03ac\u03b8\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7 \u03bc\u03ad\u03c3\u03c9 project <\/strong>was another major topic, presented as an effective way to promote responsibility and learner independence. Participants explored how to <strong>design educational projects, formulate guiding questions, and structure project activities<\/strong>. They also developed small projects and practiced peer evaluation and collaborative techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u03a5\u03c0\u03b1\u03af\u03b8\u03c1\u03b9\u03b1 \u03b5\u03ba\u03c0\u03b1\u03af\u03b4\u03b5\u03c5\u03c3\u03b7<\/strong> was introduced as a valuable experiential approach. Through group activities, participants experienced how learning outside the classroom can enhance personal development, problem-solving, and teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course also highlighted <strong>\u03c0\u03b1\u03b9\u03c7\u03bd\u03b9\u03b4\u03bf\u03c0\u03bf\u03af\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7 \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 \u03bc\u03ac\u03b8\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7 \u03bc\u03ad\u03c3\u03c9 \u03c0\u03b1\u03b9\u03c7\u03bd\u03b9\u03b4\u03b9\u03bf\u03cd<\/strong>.
