In this sense, non-formal and experiential learning approaches are particularly valuable, as they promote active participation, cooperation and learning through direct experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mobility project carried out in <strong>\u03a4\u03b5\u03bd\u03b5\u03c1\u03af\u03c6\u03b7<\/strong> \u03b1\u03c0\u03cc <strong>12\/04\/2026<\/strong> \u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03c2 <strong>18\/04\/2026 <\/strong>involved a group of Italian participants: Alessandra, Mauro, Elia, Davide, Ivana, Elena, Ismael, Filippo, Maurizio, Gabriele, Orietta, Monica, Alice and Alessia from <strong>Santa Chiara <\/strong>in Italy. At the same time, they worked on improving their ability to manage stress and build resilience through mindfulness practices and breathing techniques, which supported greater self-awareness and emotional balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many of the activities took place in meaningful and inspiring locations across the island. Participants explored the natural landscape of Teide National Park, where outdoor learning activities encouraged teamwork, reflection and adaptability. Educational visits were also organised at the Museum of Science and the Cosmos, offering participants the opportunity to discover scientific and interactive learning experiences in an engaging environment. The programme also included a visit to Loro Parque, which combined cultural exploration with group-based activities and observation experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional moments of collaboration and social interaction were organised in Puerto de la Cruz, including activities and guided tours around the city as well as visits to Lago Marti\u00e1nez, where participants experienced recreational and intercultural activities in a relaxed and stimulating atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Group-based and outdoor activities played a key role in reinforcing teamwork and communication skills, requiring participants to cooperate, adapt and actively contribute to shared tasks.
