\u200bThe course commenced with a discussion on emotional intelligence<\/strong>, denoting the ability to discern not just one’s own feelings but also those of others, fostering self-awareness and environmental sensitivity. In the meantime empathy<\/strong>, alongside skills like self-control, self-motivation and establishing connections, was emphasized through practical exercises.
An effective teacher is akin to a proficient classroom leader, providing motivation and guidance toward specific objectives: since leadership<\/strong>, existing in various forms, demands adaptability to different situations, participants contemplated admired leadership traits and reflected on numerous leadership styles.<\/div>\n

In order to refine communication prowess, participants engaged in public speaking <\/strong>exercises, learning techniques for self-presentation, body language control and nonverbal communication mastery: finally, boosting confidence, they delivered brief one-minute speeches, applying newfound skills.<\/div>\n
