After your Erasmus+ course

Erasmus+ dissemination support: we help you share what your staff learned

Dissemination is part of every Erasmus+ project, and it usually lands on the coordinator’s desk when the course is over. After every course we give you material that shows what your colleagues did and learned, and we share your organisation’s participation with our audience.

Included with every course

What you receive for your Erasmus+ dissemination

Part of every course we run, for every organisation that sends staff, at no cost. You don’t need to ask for it: it comes with the course.

All course slides and materials

So your colleagues can share the content at school and repeat the activities with their own classes and teams.

A selection of photos

Taken during the sessions and the activities, ready for your website, newsletter or staff meeting.

A video of every course

We prepare a video of each course and promote it on our social channels. Share it with your staff, your school community and your National Agency.

An article that names your school

We write and publish an article about each course in our Course stories, and your school is always named in it. We send you the link: evidence you can point to in your project.

Posts on our social channels

We share your participation on our social media, so your work is seen beyond your school. On request, we tag your school and your partner schools.

Newsletter mention or interview

If you are interested, we can mention your school in our newsletter, or interview your participants or your coordinator about the project.

Reach

Who sees your participation

These are the audiences that see your organisation’s name when we share your course.

7,000+followers on our social channels
10,000+newsletter subscribers
800+articles on our blog
10,000+teachers and education staff trained since 2013

What a Course story looks like

Each article tells what the group did, in which city, with which trainers and activities, and links back to the course. It stays online, so your school, your National Agency and your local community can find it later.

How it works

How to get your dissemination material

Κατά τη διάρκεια του μαθήματος

Tell your trainer or your ELA contact which channels your organisation and your partner schools use (website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), so we can tag you.

Μετά το μάθημα

You receive the slides and materials, the photos, the video and the link to the article that names your school.

Need something specific?

A photo with your school banner, a short quote from the trainer for your newsletter, an interview for ours: ask your ELA contact.

What stays with your organisation

Your dissemination plan and your final report are written by your organisation: reporting is one of the core project tasks that cannot be handed over to another organisation (Erasmus+ Programme Guide 2026, p. 114). We make sure you have plenty to show. We also provide all the documents you need around the course: certificates, attendance and invoices.
