In der heutigen multikulturellen Welt ist es f\u00fcr Lehrkr\u00e4fte wichtiger denn je, inklusive und vielf\u00e4ltige Lernumgebungen zu schaffen. Um dieses Ziel zu unterst\u00fctzen, hat die Erasmus Learning Academy (ELA) k\u00fcrzlich ihren ersten Kurs in Porto (Portugal) durchgef\u00fchrt, mit dem Titel “Vielfalt im Klassenzimmer: Vermittlung von Toleranz und \u00dcberwindung von Vorurteilen und Diskriminierung<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n

From 21\/07\/2024 to 27\/07\/2024, educators from across Europe came together to explore strategies for fostering inclusivity in their classrooms, including Ivana<\/strong>, Anna Maria<\/strong>, Laura <\/strong>und Cinzia <\/strong>von IC Cuneo Oltrestura<\/strong> (Italy), Carine <\/strong>von Lasalle Saint Charles<\/strong> (La R\u00e9union, France), Maria Jes\u00fas<\/strong> von IES LOS ALCORES – San Miguel de Salinas <\/strong>(Spain), Dominik <\/strong>von St\u00e4dtisches Willi-Graf-Gymnasium<\/strong> (Germany), Urszula <\/strong>von Szko\u0142a Podstawowa z Oddzia\u0142ami Integracyjnymi nr 3<\/strong> (Poland) and Jessica <\/strong>von IES Virgen de la Encina<\/strong> (Spain).<\/div>\n

The course began with a series of activities designed to help participants reflect on their own identities, exploring how personal experiences, backgrounds, and values <\/strong>shape perceptions and interactions. Through creative exercises like drawing self-portraits that depicted both visible traits and inner values, educators gained a deeper understanding of the complexities of identity. This understanding is vital in recognizing the diverse identities of their students and creating classroom environments<\/strong> that honor <\/strong>und respect <\/strong>these differences.<\/p>\n

Addressing and challenging stereotypes <\/strong>und Vorurteile <\/strong>was a central focus of the program, as these are often unconscious barriers to true Inklusion<\/strong>. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions and storytelling sessions that delved into the origins of stereotypes, examining how they develop and the harmful impacts they can have on individuals and the learning environment. By equipping educators with the knowledge and tools to id<\/strong>entify and dismantle these biases,<\/strong> the course aimed to foster a more equitable and respectful atmosphere <\/strong>where all students can thrive.<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The concept of privilege was also a key topic, encouraging teachers to reflect on how various forms of privilege influence their perspectives and teaching practices<\/strong>. Through interactive<\/strong> activities <\/strong>und simulations<\/strong>, participants were prompted to critically assess their own advantages and understand the implications of these privileges in their interactions with students. This reflection is crucial for creating a classroom culture that recognizes and values diverse experiences<\/strong>, ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and supportive educational environment<\/strong>.<\/div>\n
