Skills such as <strong>emotionale Intelligenz <\/strong>und <strong>Einf\u00fchlungsverm\u00f6gen<\/strong>, <strong>Teamarbeit<\/strong>,<strong> conflict and stress management<\/strong> are essential inside and outside the classroom. By a combination of theoretical and practical activities, our participants learnt more about how to improve their communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die neue Auflage des Kurses \u201c<strong>Soft Skills und emotionale Intelligenz f\u00fcr Lehrkr\u00e4fte und p\u00e4dagogisches Personal<\/strong>\u200b\u201d took place in Palermo from 12\/07\/2026 to 18\/07\/2026. Dieser Begriff bezeichnet die F\u00e4higkeit, nicht nur die eigenen Gef\u00fchle, sondern auch die Emotionen anderer Menschen wahrzunehmen, um uns unserer selbst und unserer Umgebung bewusst zu werden. Eine weitere F\u00e4higkeit, die in dieser Sitzung behandelt wurde, war <strong>empathy. <\/strong>Through a series of exercises the participants were able to learn more about practising empathy, self-control, self-motivation and building a connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A good teacher is also a good<strong> <\/strong>leader of the classroom because they have to give motivation and guide their students to reach a specific goal. <strong>F\u00fchrung<\/strong> gibt es in verschiedenen Formen, aber nicht alle sind in jeder Situation wirksam. Aus diesem Grund wurden die Teilnehmer gebeten, \u00fcber die wichtigsten Eigenschaften der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte nachzudenken, die sie bewundern, und sich mit den verschiedenen F\u00fchrungsstilen auseinanderzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine der wichtigsten F\u00e4higkeiten f\u00fcr die Arbeit im Team ist <strong>effektive Kommunikation<\/strong>. Die Teilnehmer konzentrierten sich auf die verschiedenen Kommunikationsstile: aggressiv, passiv, passiv-aggressiv und selbstbewusst. Kommunikation ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, wenn es um<strong> teamwork. <\/strong>Being able to show <strong>Durchsetzungsf\u00e4higkeit <\/strong>Das kann allerdings schwierig sein, doch durch die Auseinandersetzung mit diesem Thema haben sie erkannt, dass Durchsetzungsf\u00e4higkeit nicht bedeutet, unh\u00f6flich zu sein, sondern dass man seine W\u00fcnsche effektiv vermittelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um ihre Kommunikationsf\u00e4higkeiten zu verbessern, mussten sie au\u00dferdem eine \u00dcbung zum Thema <strong>Rhetorik<\/strong>. Sie lernten Tipps und Tricks, wie man sich pr\u00e4sentiert und wie man seine K\u00f6rpersprache und nonverbale Kommunikation kontrolliert. By sharing their own experiences they realised how these are common situations and that conflict doesn\u2019t necessarily have to bring a negative outcome, but it is also a possibility for growth and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieser Kurs erm\u00f6glichte es den Teilnehmern, sich miteinander auseinanderzusetzen und aus ihren gemeinsamen Erfahrungen zu lernen. Jeder Teilnehmer hatte einen anderen Hintergrund, was zweifellos zur Weiterentwicklung der Gruppe als Ganzes beitrug.
