Pr\u00e1ce v t\u00fdmu nen\u00ed v\u017edy snadn\u00e1: odli\u0161n\u00e9 osobnosti, nedorozum\u011bn\u00ed a nejasn\u00e9 vymezen\u00ed rol\u00ed \u2013 to v\u0161e jsou aspekty, kter\u00e9 mohou negativn\u011b ovlivnit efektivitu skupiny. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu bylo c\u00edlem tohoto kurzu osvojit si \u0159adu dovednost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mohou zajistit nejen efektivitu t\u00fdmu, ale tak\u00e9 podpo\u0159it pozitivn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru na pracovi\u0161ti. \u00da\u010dast\u00ed na tomto kurzu z\u00edskali na\u0161i \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci podn\u011bty k tomu, jak se st\u00e1t lep\u0161\u00edmi vedouc\u00edmi t\u00fdm\u016f i \u010dleny t\u00fdm\u016f, a\u0165 u\u017e v r\u00e1mci v\u00fduky, nebo p\u0159i spolupr\u00e1ci s kolegy.<\/span><\/span>

The new edition of the course \u201cEffective Group Management in education: building Teamwork among students\u201d took place in Tenerife from 29\/09\/2024 <\/span>do<\/span> 05\/10\/2024. The participants came from all across Europe, <\/span>with<\/span> \u0416\u0430\u0440\u043a\u043e \u0411\u0430\u0431\u0430\u043d\u043e\u0441\u043a\u0438, \u041c\u0435\u0440\u0438 \u0421\u0432\u0435\u045c\u0430\u0440\u043e\u0441\u043a\u0430, \u0411\u0438\u0441\u0435\u0440\u0430 \u0412\u0438\u0448\u0438\u043d\u043e\u0441\u043a\u0430, \u0415\u043b\u0438\u0437\u0430\u0431\u0435\u0442\u0430 \u041c\u0430\u0440\u043a\u043e\u0441\u043a\u0430, \u0411\u0438\u043b\u0458\u0430\u043d\u0430 \u0410\u0446\u0435\u0441\u043a\u0430, \u0421\u0442\u0435\u0444\u0430\u043d \u0421\u0442\u0435\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0430\u043d\u045f\u0438\u0458\u0430 and \u0420\u043e\u0431\u0435\u0440\u0442 \u0420\u0438\u0441\u0442\u0435\u0432\u0441\u043a\u0438 from OOU Rampo Levkata in North Macedonia.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>
<\/span>Throughout the course, we explored various facets of group dynamics and effective team leadership. We began by distinguishing between groups and teams, emphasizing that teams are driven by a common goal. Participants learned that a successful team leader prioritizes this shared objective, ensuring that all members are aligned.<\/span><\/span>

Next, we delved into the significance of clearly defined team roles. Through interactive activities, participants experienced the challenges that arise when roles and responsibilities are ambiguous. This lack of clarity can lead to confusion, tension, and miscommunication, ultimately wasting valuable time as team members struggle to understand their contributions.<\/span><\/span>
On the third day, we shifted our focus to effective team leadership. Participants discovered that a good leader must be adaptable, recognizing both individual strengths and weaknesses as well as the dynamics of the group. We explored various leadership styles, each with its own advantages and disadvantages, highlighting that effective leadership is context-dependent. Participants also learned about coaching techniques and the importance of fostering a growth mindset, which helps maintain motivation and positivity within the team.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Finally, we addressed the role of peer feedback and assessment in the learning process. By implementing peer learning strategies, participants experienced firsthand the value of shifting focus from grading to learning. This approach empowers students to take an active role in their education, enhancing their overall engagement and understanding.<\/span><\/span>
Overall, it was an enriching week filled with learning, knowledge sharing, and enjoyable experiences. Participants left with a comprehensive toolbox of activities and strategies that they can implement in their classrooms, equipped to foster collaboration and growth.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
