During our recent course, participants delved into the dynamics of group work and team leadership. We began by distinguishing between groups and teams, emphasizing that a team is driven by a shared goal. This understanding helped participants recognize the importance of prioritizing common objectives in team leadership.
Next, we explored the significance of clearly defined team roles. Through interactive activities, participants experienced the challenges that arise when roles are ambiguous, leading to confusion and miscommunication. This highlighted the need for clarity to maximize efficiency and collaboration.
