Cancellation Policy

At ELA, we recognize that plans can change, and we are dedicated to providing you with the flexibility you need. With numerous sessions available across multiple locations, it’s easy to find another course that fits your schedule if you’re unable to attend your originally planned session.

In most cases, participants who cannot attend choose to reschedule rather than cancel, and we’re here to make that process seamless. Simply notify us by email, and if you inform us at least two months before your course begins, we’ll happily reschedule you at no additional cost. For later notifications a rescheduling fee of 20% may be applied. For notification made in the last few days before the course a fee of 40% of the course may be applied.

Cancellation is considered an extreme measure and is quite rare. However, if cancellation becomes necessary, please be aware that certain fees may apply based on the timing of your notification due to accommodation costs already incurred. For cancellations notified at least 4 weeks before the course starts, a cancellation fee up to the 20% of the total cost may be applied. If you notify us at 1 week before the start of the course, a cancellation fee up to the 50% may be applied.

We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of proven force majeure, we apply special conditions to support you during such unexpected events including free rescheduling regardless of the timing of notification.
