The <strong>Erasmus+ program<\/strong>, a beacon for Education, Training, Youth, and Sport, is offering a plethora of options to elevate the quality and inclusion of education by supporting various activities and organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new edition of the course \u201c<strong>European project management and design for teachers, headmasters and educators<\/strong>\u201d took place in Palermo from 19\/04\/2026 to 25\/04\/2026. Participants engaged in <strong>team-building<\/strong> exercises, evaluated their needs and expectations and got an overview of <strong>funding opportunities<\/strong>, with a specific focus on <strong>Erasmus+<\/strong> and other programs relevant for the participants as emerged during the needs and expectations evaluation phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants then began a <strong>collaborative project work<\/strong>, intended to evolve and refine over the training week with the guidance of the trainer. Initially, they engaged in discussions about their overarching project concepts, evaluating potential funding programs and corresponding actions, before forming working groups accordingly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course continued with the presentation of <strong>the Project Cycle Management and the Logical Framework Approach<\/strong>, <strong>essential theoretical foundation in European Project Design<\/strong>.
