\u041d\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0442\u043e \u0438\u0437\u0434\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043d\u0430 \u043a\u0443\u0440\u0441\u0430 \u201cInnovative teaching methods for teachers, school and adult education staff\u200b<\/strong>\u201d \u0441\u0435 \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0432\u0435\u0434\u0435 \u0432 \u0422\u0435\u043d\u0435\u0440\u0438\u0444\u0435<\/strong> from 04\/09\/2022 to 10\/09\/2022.
The participants came from all across Europe, with Rossana Serran\u00f2 and Valentina Farneti from the school Terzo Circolo<\/strong>, Claudia De Meo and Simona D\u2019Aquilio from IC Albeto Manzi<\/strong> and Valentina Sarlo from Arci Firenze<\/strong> in Italy; Florentina Anca Bodn\u0103rescu, Elena Raveca Contiu and Alina Maria Miu\u021b\u0103 from Scoala Gimnaziala nr. 3 Cisnadi <\/strong>in Romania; Ond\u0159ej Hork\u00fd from Martino IRS<\/strong> in Slovakia; N\u00e9lia Fleury from Lycee Polyvalent Europe Robert Schuman <\/strong>in France.<\/div>\n

\u200bToday there are many tools available that can be used in the school environment. Thanks of this course, our participants could learn how to use outdoor education for personal, social and relational development, get an overview of the trending innovative teaching methods<\/strong>, get acquainted with the key principle of Contextual Learning, practice the most relevant new teaching methods and strategies<\/strong>.
\u200bToday there are many tools available that can be used in the school environment.<\/div>\n
\n
To begin with the course, we talked about how to foster student motivation, participation and creativity through non-formal, informal and experiential learning activities.<\/div>\n

\u200bVisual strategies and teambuilding games showed the power of \u041d\u0435\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u0430\u043b\u043d\u043e \u043e\u0431\u0440\u0430\u0437\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435<\/strong>. Actually, we explored the Kolb\u2019s experiential learning cycle and the participants learned how it allows to pass from reflection to conceptualization and application, giving the student a proactive role in the process of learning.<\/div>\n

\u200bThe teachers with ICT tool\u2019s help could participated in a special type of treasure hunt and thanks of that they could discover Bologna and deepen the power of \u041e\u0431\u0440\u0430\u0437\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043d\u0430 \u043e\u0442\u043a\u0440\u0438\u0442\u043e<\/strong> in a very funny form. The Outdoor Education has a lot of advantages like increased motivation and creativity, improved
psychophysical welfare through the contact with the nature and the consequent reduction of the stress.<\/div>\n
\u200bFor the end, we practiced several tools in class about ICT, finding new forms of engagement in the students, evaluate and showcase a lesson. This course helped participants to understand how to work with a more innovative approach in their classes.<\/div>\n
On Friday it was so hard to say goodbye. However, our participants left with new knowledge and ideas to apply in their countries with their students.<\/div>\n
