Participants engaged in team-building exercises, evaluated their needs and expectations, and got a glimpse of <strong>funding opportunities<\/strong>, with a <strong>specific focus on Erasmus+ and other programs relevant for the participants<\/strong> as emerged during the needs and expectations evaluation phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants then began a <strong>collaborative project endeavor<\/strong>, intended to evolve and refine over the course of the training week with the guidance of trainers. Initially, they engaged in <strong>discussions about their overarching project concepts, evaluating potential funding programs and corresponding actions<\/strong>, before forming groups accordingly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course continued with the <strong>presentation of the Project Cycle Management and the Logical Framework Approach<\/strong>, essential theoretical foundation in European Project Design. As the project progressed participants focused on crafting problems and objective trees.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The group also explored <strong>practical insights from EU-funded projects<\/strong>, with the objective of estimating the impact of a good <strong>\u0421\u0442\u0440\u0443\u043a\u0442\u0443\u0440\u0430 \u043d\u0430 \u0440\u0430\u0437\u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0435\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043d\u0430 \u0440\u0430\u0431\u043e\u0442\u0430\u0442\u0430<\/strong> in project design and management.
